Night Shadow Active skills
Drains targets soul, which can be further used for attacks (skills with blue names). The target takes damage. If the target is under 15% HP then it's soul can be sucked at once by fixed rate. A soul may only be drained once every 70 seconds (assuming the creature survives long enough).

The hit rate buff lasts 600 seconds while the critical buff lasts 20 seconds. However, these buffs are reapplied if you are still in range.
