Costumes
[OLD GUIDE COPY]
C1 Costume
C1 Costumes may be worn on their own, however they will have no stats. To give them stats, you must "meld" them to your armor using either a Book of Melding or a Bonus Book of Melding. A Book of Melding will simply meld the cover to your armor piece; a Bonus Book of Melding will meld the cover to your armor piece and add a randomized bonus of +1, +2, or +3 that will last until the cover wears off. Each armor piece must be melded to its respective cover separately.

How to use C2 Costumes:
- The costumes may be equipped simply by double-clicking them,
- the costumes may be unequipped simply by double-clicking them again.
- You can now easily add and remove them, as well as mix them to match your desire!
- These costumes last 30 days! (Exception: Hair Costumes last only 7 days!)
Important to know:
- Some of these costumes are worn piece-by-piece (all pieces are separate items),
- whereas others can only be worn as a single piece (all pieces form on item in your inventory).
- Therefore it is not possible to mix and match all of the C2 Costumes at this point.
User Interface:
- The inventory window now has two tabs in the upper left corner.
- The first tab shows your armor, weapon, pet, accessories.
- The second tab has the slots for the C2 Costumes.
What about C1 Costumes?
- These covers work on top of the traditional ones and Platinum Refining Stones.
- Thus you may use both covers and get both a defense bonus and the HP/MP bonus!
- If using both types of covers at the same time, the C2 Costume will be the visible one.
How do these Costumes affect my armor?
- They don't!
- You may use C2 Costumes at any time, with or without actual armor underneath.
- PRS do not affect the costumes, but only the armor.
- Thus you will have both the benefits of upgraded gear and the C2 Costumes!

Fortune Buff System
What is this Fortune Buff System:
How do I get this Fortune Buff?
What is a One-Piece C2 cover?
Can I choose my own buff?
How many Fortune Buffs are there?
What buffs are there?
- It is basically a system, that applies buffs to One-Piece C2 Costumes.
- The buff for each C2 Costume is determined randonly.
- It is activated by equipping the cover for the first time.
- The buff lasts 24 hours and can be re-applied by simply re-equipping the C2 Costume.
How do I get this Fortune Buff?
- Buy any (one-piece) C2 Costume from the Item Mall and double click on the C2 Costume to activate the Fortune Buff system.
What is a One-Piece C2 cover?
- A One-Piece C2 Costume is a costume, which only takes up 1 item slot in your inventory. (Caribbean, Greek, German, Heavy Metal)
- Meaning that when you have a cover of which you can take off the hat, you cannot get the Fortune Buff.
Can I choose my own buff?
- No.
- Upon double clicking on your cover for the first time, the Fortune Buff system will activate and will give you a random buff.
- (Just like justing the moonstatue or the laca ball.)
How many Fortune Buffs are there?
- There are 22 different buffs.
What buffs are there?
How much do these buffs increase my stats?
- This depends on the buff.
- Some buffs give a certain % of your current stat,
- others give a set amount.
What is this 'Advice' thing?
- Every single Fortune Buff gives some advice which can be applied to LC, other games or your real life.
Is it possible to have multiple covers with different buffs?
- Yes this is possible!
- You can have as many costumes as you please, where each costume gets a random buff.
- This means that you could have 2 different costumes with the same buff or 2 of the same costumes with the same buff.
What if the buff runs out and I re-equip the cover?
- You will get the buff that just ran out again.
- The buff you get from the system (at random) is bound to that cover.
- Thus you CANNOT change the buff on your cover.

- Here are 2 images of what the Fortune Buff system will do with your C2 covers.
