ELEMENTALISTElementalists are Sorcerers who choose to keep their power to summon elementals. They continue to work with their elementals, making them stronger and more fearsome than before. Elementalists use fallarm. It is weaker than a scythe, but the elementals partially compensate for lesser damage.

Possible builds:
- Intelligence - for lower and mid-levels, it is recommended to put all additional stat points in intelligence as it increases magical attack. If you prefer to use skills at higher levels instead of regular hits, continue spending your stat points in INT - you can kill pretty fast with Chain Lightning, especially with good Cool Down Reduction seals, 100% MP reduction and Witch's Haste.
- Dexterity - increases the chance of critical and deadly hit. At low levels, it is more efficient to use Small Crit Potions. If you prefer to kill with regular hits, the dexterity build will be a good option at high levels (though extra boosting of the attack speed might be needed). Starting with level 170-172 hit rate set, you'll get a big boost to your criticals and with level 186-189 mixed set, you'll be able to do mostly deadly hits.
- Constitution - it's not really worth it. The extra HP and MP you gain when choosing this build can be easily obtained with proper jewels.
Elemental Spirits
Elementalist can call companions in the form of elemental spirits to fight along his side. There are four elemental spirits: Wind, Earth, Fire and Water. You can only summon a maximum of two spirits at a time and only in fixed pairs:
When an elemental spirit is summoned, the spirit's menu will appear on the screen:
The Red Bar at the top shows the HP of the spirit and the Grey Bar is the duration of the spirit's summons.
Attack First * - the spirit will engage an enemy in its range. Execution: spirit 1 (Shift + 1), spirit 2 (Shift + Z)
Targeted Attack - the spirit will attack the same enemy as the Elementalist. Execution: spirit 1 (Shift + 2), spirit 2 (Shift + X)
Hold - the spirit stops immediately in it's place. Execution: spirit 1 (Shift + 3), spirit 2 (Shift + C)
Protect * - the spirit will follow and protect the Elementalist. Execution: spirit 1 (Shift + 4), spirit 2 (Shift + V)
Last free space is meant for spirit's skill. Execution: spirit 1 (Shift + 5), spirit 2 (Shift + B) |
* Attack First and Protect commands no longer work like the description says. Spirit will rarely attack on its own, even if the enemy is in range - the Attack First setting switches to Protect after a few seconds. Additionally, instead of protecting the Elementalist, the spirit will just follow.
Each spirit has it's own ability, which can give the Elementalist an advantage in battle (check Elementalist skills page for more info). To use the spirit's skill, you need to drag it first from your skill menu to the empty space in the spirit's menu:
You can activate it by clicking the skill icon or by using the hotkeys. The skills remain in the spirit's menu until you log out, even when you resummon your elementals.
Elementalist has two special buffs meant for his spirits alone: Spirit Haste and Spirit Blood. You can buff your elementals the same way you buff other players (click on the spirit's menu for quick selection). The spirit will lose the buff, if it is resummoned.
Spirit's HP can be recovered with Vital Conversion and Vital Conversion 2 skills. You can also reduce the damage they take with level 70 Mana Screen self-buff. In practice, it is faster to resummon the spirit after it dies.
TIP: The spirit's movement speed isn't that great. If your elementals got lost or stuck in the terrain, reequip your fallarm and summon them again.
